dear -empyre- and Raul Baranquet,

InteractivA, Raul's interdisciplinary project in Merida, opens soon (next month I think).  He describes his role as curator/synthesiser in this comment to Ignacio Nieto in a recent interview on Net Art Review:

 I don?t consider myself an authority, but a curator with a vision closer to the production of a proposal like a work of art; a vision that consider the economic reality of artistic production in the region where I live; and, one that tries to create communities of exchange to enrich our social process of apprenticeship and development.


Raul, i would like to know more histories/stories about how you've worked, guided by this vision. 

?Arte Nuevo InteractivA? is not an exposition of art; it?s a curatorial project and an interdisciplinary laboratory that employs an alternative vision of the art. 


Is the project in a continuous process ,such that all the art in Interactiva stays tentative, changeable,temporal,subject to change, during the festival?
